WIDOW SPONSORSHIP
● The problems identified by these widows in order of priority include financial and economic hardship
● Absence of the husband's will resulting in the loss of properties to husband's relations
● Loneliness, depression and poor relationship with in-laws
● Difficulty in social interaction
Reported by Abu Hurairah (RA): The prophet (peace be upon him) said. "One who strives to help the widows and the poor is like the one who fights in the way of Allah. "The narrator said: I think that he (peace be upon him) added also: "I shall regard him as the one who stands up (for prayer) without rest and as the one who observes fasts continuously" .

- We help women who do not have any support from other family members
- We provide them with basic necessities on a monthly basis
- We provide sponsors with the name and address of the widow so they know who is being helped by their donations
- £20 per month or £240 annually
